Tickets £22
Organiser: Olwen McLaughlin (contact 07970 660081 or olwen@editionsltd.net)
Opened by Prince William in 2018, this beautifully restored town house has been the home for James’ Place, the pioneering charity which provides support for men in suicidal crisis.
Founded by Clare Milford Haven and Nick Wentworth Stanley, James’ Place has always believed that a calm ambiance and inspiring artwork play a large part in welcoming people. Alex Abberton, the Art Curator and Fund-Raising Manager will give an introductory talk on the house, the garden and the background to the James’ Place Art Project.
We will enjoy drinks, canapés and have an opportunity to tour the house and garden and view the collection of mystery postcard art which has been donated by artists and will be available for members to make a silent bid on throughout the evening.
This event will commence at 6.00pm and we request that, on this occasion, guests do not arrive any earlier than 5.50pm.
The venue is a good 15-20 minutes walk from Central Station.
There are regular buses Nos 86, 86A and 86C from Liverpool ONE – paid parking in Liverpool Cathedral or surrounding streets.
